My client is a modern and dynamic law firm with a strong presence across Nottinghamshire, offering a broad spectrum of specialist and general legal services across the region. They are looking to recruit an experienced private client fee earner (solicitor/legal executive or paralegal) to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. 

Private Client Solicitor - Nottinghamshire - £25,000 - £35,000

This opportunity will be based out of their modern close knit office in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire which is easily commutable from both Derby and the wider Derbyshire region and central Nottingham.
 
About the role & you: 

• You will work on your own caseload of quality private client matters (predominantly wills and lasting powers of attorney)
• Drafting (including complex wills)
• Some estate and inheritance tax planning
• Taking instructions and preparing LPA's for health, welfare and property and financial affairs
• Real client interaction with face to face meetings
• You'll have good communication skills written and verbal
• You'll have good IT skills
