Excellent opportunity for a Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive to join a leading international law firm.

Our client is a leading international law firm with offices spread across the UK, Middle East and Far East. They are currently looking for a Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive to join their top-tier Projects & Construction team in Exeter.

The hiring team offers a service for all construction/engineering related matters, from initial structuring, procurement advice, setting up contracts, appointments, joint venture and development agreements, dealing with funding agreements, asset protection agreements, drafting bespoke contracts, working on complex forward sale agreements, etc. This role will involve: advising on all aspects of development through design and construction, providing construction due diligence support to the real estate, corporate and banking teams on acquisitions, development finance and disposals, etc.

To be considered, you must be an experienced paralegal or legal executive with non-contentious construction experience.
