US Law Firm client is looking to hire a new temporary Legal PA for an initial 4-week assignment, starting ASAP to work in the team with an hourly rate equivalent of £46,000 per annum, working the hours 9:30am to 5:30pm with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
This temporary legal PA role will be to support a Partner and fee-earners in the Capital Markets team with duties including booking meetings and amending/formatting slides, document amends, new matter set-up, travel arrangements and multi-currency expenses. You will also assist with departmental cover for the Restructuring & Insolvency and Litigation teams.
Candidates must be available to start week commencing 1 December 2022 and have no extended holidays booked over the next 4-6 weeks with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Legal secretary or Legal PA, preferably within a Capital Markets / Corporate or Company/Commercial department.
