The Role:

  • The firm are looking for an experienced Real Estate Senior Associate to join their dynamic office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • The Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team act for a broad range of developers, lenders, landowners and national corporates on complex transactions and development projects across the retail, energy and public sectors
  • To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of commercial property work, including land acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant, property finance, regeneration & development projects and real estate aspects of M&As
  • As a Senior Associate, you will help to mentor and support the junior members of the team and liaise with other seniors regarding the development of the department
  • In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards director and partner level

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced Real Estate Solicitor with 5 to 7 years PQE
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player with excellent attention to detail
