The Role:

• The Firm are looking for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join their offices in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
• The leading Employment team undertake a blend of contentious & non-contentious mandates for various local & national employers and employees across the retail, sports & leisure sectors
• To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering a mixture of claimant & respondent work, including unfair dismissal, discipline & grievance procedures, settlement agreements, Tribunal cases and general corporate & HR support
• As a junior solicitor, you will also assist the senior members of the team with their caseload, giving you exposure to some of the more complex & high-profile matters within the region

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Employment Solicitor from NQ to 4 years PQE
• Excellent communication skills
