Commercial Property Solicitor - Redditch - £50,000 - £60,000
A commercial property solicitor is sought after for an expanding branch office of a top Legal 500 firm in Redditch.
The firm offer home working of three days per week, good quality work supported by a highly experienced and knowledgeable paralegal along with secretarial support. You will also have plenty of autonomy but the support of a wider 20 strong commercial property team across other offices.
This commercial property solicitor role has arisen due to somebody moving back closer to home. This is an associate level position and would welcome somebody around 4-6 years’ experience. You would be the most senior member of the team at Redditch and would be supported by a fantastic paralegal. The work comes through the door with a local agent having really good relationship with the firm. The quality of work is good and the firm is progressive and modern.
The firm is looking for a local commercial property solicitor who knows the market and can quite comfortably slot in to undertaking their own caseload whilst supporting more junior members of the team. This is a real opportunity to make the role your own.
The firm offers a discretionary bonus scheme and operates on team targets as opposed to individual targets.
