The Role:
- The Firm are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their offices in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
- The L500 accredited Property Litigation team cover the full spectrum of disputes, but are particularly strong at advising housing associations, residential landlords and local authorities on complex housing disrepair matters
- As such, you will have a diverse caseload of property litigation work, with a focus on defendant housing disrepair matters such as estate management work, business lease renewals, injunctions, possession actions, rent recovery and disrepair
- As a Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to manage some of the more complex matters with the support to build up and develop your own client base
- In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards senior level and beyond
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Property Litigation Solicitor from 2 to 5 years PQE
- Well-organised and proactive
- Excellent attention to detail
