The Role:

You will join a Legal 500 ranked Corporate team in the firm's Newcastle office.

Working with an enviable client base that includes household names across retail, sports, technology, and telecoms, you will gain exposure to interesting and varied work that will give you an engaging and rewarding caseload.

The caseload will involve mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and reorganisations, private equity, venture capitals and joint ventures.

The level of exposure you will receive will provide you with a strong platform to develop your technical ability.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
• Experience across a broad range of corporate matters
• Able to work collaboratively as a team whilst taking your own initiative
• Be an ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to progress your career
