A major international brand is seeking to recruit a c+ PQE Commercial Lawyer for a Senior Counsel position in the East Midlands.
The business is able to offer significant hybrid working and welcomes applicants form further afield.

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Legal, the Senior Counsel will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and will be responsible for:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with key customers
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating sponsorship agreements with major sports teams/governing bodies
- Providing policy advice on some Data Protection matters, as well as assisting in some litigation/dispute resolution matters.
The Person
The successful candidate with be a UK/Antipodean-qualified Commercial Lawyer with 5+ PQE and a keen interest in in-house opportunities. This is a fast-paced position with a major brand name, and the business is able to offer a strong salary and package.
