Excellent in-house opportunity to join a global life science/ pharma company as Corporate Counsel, working as part of an innovative international in-house legal team. This role can be based in Glasgow with hybrid/ remote-working also an option.
Role Profile:
- Advising on a broad range of in-house legal matters with a focus on commercial contracts, compliance and regulatory issues.
- Working closely with the global commercial legal team.
- Advice on Master Supply agreements.
- Advise on commercial risk.
- Provide commercial law training.
Candidate Requirements:
Fully qualified lawyer with the right to work in the UK.
Strong commercial contracts background.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/life science sector would be an advantage but not essential.
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
