Senior Legal Counsel

SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL ROLE - MARKETING/ADVERTISING

Our client is UK's leading conversion Agency with award winning divisions in marketing, communications, insight & analytics and digital. They uncover behaviour led insights which allow them to find effective solutions for their clients.

The business is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join them. Reporting to the COO you will be an effective and experienced commercial legal adviser in a wide range of complex scenarios.

The role is wide ranging, and you will manage a small team.

Some of your work will include:

• Advise on all legal matters across the group including negotiating and drafting commercial contracts (advertising agreements, tech/digital transformation development services, influencer agreements, sponsorship agreements, partnership agreements and IP development), intellectual property expertise (review and advice on developed advertising content, proprietary IP and monetisation and trademarks), and range of disputes and pre-litigation matters.
• Expert advice on large scale global technology agreements - SaaS, cloud solutions contracts, managed services.
• Manage and assist the team that report to you. Improve and tweak any processes, policies, procedures so they are best practice for engagement with the legal function.

This is a great development opportunity in a commercial environment where you are the face of the legal team and will work closely with the C-suite.
