The Role:
- This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Construction (non-contentious) Associate to join the firm's offices in Manchester, with hybrid working in place
- Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the construction team display particular strengths within the infrastructure, real estate & energy sectors, focusing on a broad scope of engineering and development projects for high-calibre clients
- To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering all aspects of non-contentious construction work, including standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FDIC, MF/1), with a focus on clean energy projects
- As an Associate, you will also have the opportunity to lead your own projects and get involved in business development with new clients
- In return, you can expect to receive genuine investment from the team's senior lawyers as you progress through the ranks
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Construction Solicitor from 1 to 4 years PQE
- Well-organised and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
