Interim role- In House Legal Counsel- Consumer - 2-5pqe - 9 Months

Unusual opportunity to join a high growth international  consumer organisation on an initial 9 month contract. We are looking for a lawyer with 2-5pqe interested in pursuing a rewarding and varied in house legal role.

You will work directly with a highly experienced General Counsel on a wide range of commercial and Corporate matters across an international organisation.

This is a fast moving and dynamic role requiring operational commercial/Corporate experience. The role will be constantly evolving so a flexible and fluid approach is essential.

This is a busy Head Office environment where you will be providing support to the Sales, Marketing (Prize/competitions/Terms and Conditions) and M&A teams. You will be assisting this evolving business in reaching maturation and achieving compliance and a risk free profile.

This is a really broad role and will also include Trademark Audits across a wide cross section of the organisations IP portfolio.

There will also be BAU in the form of commercial contract drafting, review and support.

You will have direct contact with the managers of busy consumer outlets who may need advice from pre-litigation matters and general ad hoc queries through to Head office Contract drafting, negotiation and management.

We are looking for a lawyer who has the grounding and experience to advise within a fast moving and constantly changing dynamic commercial environment.

This is a hands on role where you will be as much commercial adviser as a lawyer.

You will receive support from a small experienced team and the flexibility to work from home.

You will need to be a UK based Qualified Solicitor with seasoned in house experience.

You are likely to have at least 2+pqe
