Senior Residential Conveyancer / Team Leader

A superb opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a strong regional law firm in Birmingham as a Team Leader within the Residential Conveyancing department.
The role itself is for a Senior Residential Conveyancing or team leader dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing such as Freehold and Leasehold Transactions, including Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgage, Transfers of Equity and New Build matters as well being able to supervise and support junior members of the property team.
I am looking to speak to Licensed Conveyancers or Solicitors with at least 5 years of Residential Conveyancing experience.
