Corporate Solicitor - NQ-2 Years PQE - Hampshire

Our Top 100 client now seeks to expand its Corporate presence on the Hampshire coast.

The Corporate team acts across all sectors on a variety of corporate transactions. They advise UK and international clients on all aspects from structural changes to strategic alliances.

The Opportunity

You will advise on all aspects of company law, private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and MBOs and MBIs, AIM flotations, takeovers and other public company work, commercial lending and security, financing and refinancing of businesses, joint ventures and investor/shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and other constitutional documents, demergers, company reconstructions and reorganisations.

The corporate team acts for acquirers, private equity and VCT funds, founders/sellers, management teams and funders.  The role would suit a candidate relocating to the region, an ambitious practitioner looking to move laterally from a national/large regional firm or an able candidate looking to work for a larger firm doing larger transactions.

Some experience of commercial work may be beneficial (but is not mandatory) including contracts and terms and conditions for the supply of goods and services, online trading terms and conditions, consultancy agreements, intellectual property, data protection, privacy, distribution agreements, agency agreements, contractual joint ventures, partnership and LLP law. The company commercial group advises on a wide range of commercial contracts and related regulatory issues.
