Restructuring Lawyer - 1-5PQE US Law Firm

A US law firm is looking to make a couple of additions to further grow the team at the junior level. The team is mid size and offers great training which is both on the job through advising on high calibre transactions and also more formalised learning as well. They have excellent retention rate and the culture is very supportive and collegiate. In particular they do excellent quality work with Private Equity clients.
The team structure and ethos provides you with an excellent opportunity to become an excellent restructuring lawyer and they encourage lawyers in the team to take on work above your experience and there is plenty of support in place for this.
Ideally you will have:
- At least 12 months experience in Restructuring
- Trained at a US, Magic, International or National law firm
- UK or Common Law Qualified
- Strong academics
