Legal Counsel - Non-Contentious Construction
London
My client is a renowned Construction and Engineering company who operate on a global scale. With the continued growth of the company, they are looking to expand their legal team in London, and are looking for talented in-house Counsel to join them in their central office, and offer hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Management
- Contract Negotiation
- Contract Administration
- Dispute Resolution
- Insurance administration and review
The Person:
- 5 years PQE+
- Qualified in the UK, however experienced EU qualified counsel will be considered
- Excellent non-contentious construction experience gained ideally in an in-house position, but private practice experience is also considered.
- Experience with JCT, NEC and FIDIC suites highly advantageous
