Our client are a market leading firm who seek a corporate solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team due to planned growth within the firm! 
 
Our client seek a solicitor with solid corporate experience within M&A, joint ventures, restructuring, corporate governance and other general corporate law. The firm's corporate department are highly experienced advising business owners and stakeholders on corporate transactions, financing and refinancing and MBO's. 
 
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise on matters for:

• Regional and National companies
• Business owners and Stakeholders 
• Management Teams 

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Gained solid corporate experience at a regional/ national firm
• A personable manner 
• Great communication skills and a professional approach 
• Keenness to support other members in the team
