Residential Conveyancer - Wells, Somerset
This long-established and friendly Somerset firm is looking for an experienced Residential Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to join their busy Residential Conveyancing Department.
You will be able to work independently under your own initiative, as well as part of the wider team.
You must be able to demonstrate current practical knowledge of the law relating to all aspects of residential property transactions including:
Due to succession planning, senior conveyancers who are looking to progress into a Team Leader type position should definitely get in touch.
This is a full-time position with hybrid working, both in the office and working-from-home.
You will be offered a very competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, plus a discretionary bonus paid out twice per year.
