A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced real estate paralegal to join a dynamic and supportive Legal 100 Real Estate team in Birmingham.
You will be working on a range of real estate transactions including due diligence, asset management, Land Registry engagement, SDLT returns and post-completion work. You will liaise with fee earners, clients and third parties and be involved in drafting and reviewing documents.
