Fast Track RTA Portal Fee Earner
Blackburn
£19,000 - £24,000
Blackburn based high street firm is looking for a fee earner to join it in its fast track RTA portal team. They are looking for a fee earner with around 2 years of experience in a fee earning role and an understanding of MOJ processes, experience dealing with credit hire companies and civil procedure rules.
Claimant experience is not essential but preferable, as is experience with proclaim case management and Stage 3 hearings.
In this role you will be required to progress your own caseload of between 100 - 250 files (dependent on experience) to ensure clients receive appropriate legal advice whilst managing their expectations, be able to identify cases where proceedings would be tactically beneficial to litigate and to be able to identify cases with an element of serious injury.
