Family Solicitor - Head of Department
Walsall
£60,000 - £70,000
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a family solicitor to head up a small department based in Walsall. This is a full-time, permanent role that can offer hybrid working.
This reputable firm in Walsall can offer a family solicitor a stable and supportive working environment and one which encourages work life balance, the ability to progress through to partner and a flexible working policy.
You will be given the opportunity to join a family team as head of department due to the retirement of the current head.
You will come on board to handle a caseload of privately funded family matters along with supporting three other fee earning team members to enable them to reach their potential. You will also be an integral part of the growth and expansion of the family department being heavily involved in the recruitment process.
To be considered for this family head of department position our client is looking for somebody with at least 8 years post qualification experience along with managerial experience. The role will predominantly based in Walsall but some travel to other local offices may be required.
