Our client, a top tier Legal 500 firm, is looking to expand their highly regarded and award winning Employment department.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 Years PQE, and will demonstrate a keen willingness in showing responsibility over more junior members of the team. You will also demonstrate enthusiasm over developing your career within Employment Law.
Some solid experience working as a Solicitor within Employment Law is required, however career development within this firm will be largely supported.
Main duties will include, but may not be limited to:
- Working alongside Partners, Senior Associates and other Solicitors on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Acting for both businesses and private individuals on all Employment matters.
- Managing a busy and high quality case load.
- Drafting contracts, dealing with settlement agreements, wrongful dismissals, tribunal and Discrimination cases.
