This is a small but developing team which is set tom undergo a significant period of expansion over the next 12 months. This means there are plenty of opportunities for career progression and development.
Complex, high-value work offering chance to gain technical skills as well as learning case strategy
You will not just develop knowledge concerning the technical aspects of a given case, but will also learn about case strategy and tactics. You will work with some of the leading Partners in this area including lawyers from other offices throughout the firm's impressive network.
This team only undertakes work of a high-value, complex nature anywhere from £100K to £1m+ in terms of value. The successful applicant will work on a range of files for major 'blue chip' insurance clients assisting experienced catastrophic injury lawyers.
Flexible working pattern
The team is technically based from Coventry and offers hybrid working with 1 day in the office and 4 days working from home. That said, candidates living further a-field may travel to their closest office wherever they are based with only an infrequent eed to physically attend the Coventry office.
