Recoveries Paralegal / Litigation Executive / Fee Earner - Greater Manchester
Recoveries Paralegal / Litigation Executive - There are around five or six opportunities, as the team is set to increase headcount significantly. What sets these roles apart is the excellent training on offer and the opportunity to progress and grow with the department. It should be highlighted that fee earners within this practice area also go on to join other teams within the firm, whether in insurance or commercial litigation.

- Job Title: Paralegal / Litigation Executive

- Reports to: Team Leader
- Previous experience: RTA Recoveries or claims handling experience. Applicants with Pre-lit or litigation experience will also be considered. Knowledge of Road Traffic Act and Art 75. Any experience issuing Part 7 claims would also be useful.

The growing RTA recoveries team of this top tier national firm is looking for talented paralegals and litigation executives to join both the pre-litigation and litigation teams. The recoveries team is a fantastic training ground to develop a recoveries career, but also from which to step into other areas of the firm whether other areas of insurance litigation or commercial litigation.
These roles are designed to build your experience and get you on a solid track of career progression. You will be handling a caseload of pre-litigation and/or litigated RTA recoveries files where you will hone your negotiation skills and be trained on the firm's state of the art IT systems.
Transferable skills considered
Applications are encouraged from a broad range of candidates. Recoveries and / or RTA experience would obviously be an advantage, but the team will also consider any applicant's transferable skills. General claims handling experience will also be considered.
