THE FIRM
Our client is a global law firm with a pre-eminent litigation team.
THE ROLE
The London office is now seeking to hire a restructuring and insolvency litigation lawyer.
The role will involve handling high-stakes matters that frequently involve simultaneous proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
You will join the firm's global team to work on multinational insolvency and restructuring matters representing debtors, creditors, committees, and other stakeholders in insolvency-related disputes and investigations.
With an interest in cross-border work and using insolvency and restructuring tools to craft unique strategies for the firm's international asset recovery and judgement enforcement engagements, you will also be working on creditor-debtor disputes both inside and outside of insolvency proceedings.
Hybrid working arrangements 3/2 or 2/3 are available.
ABOUT YOU
You will currently be working at a US, Magic, Silver Circle or international equivalent law firm or a top commercial chambers.
With 5-7pqe / YC and strong litigation and insolvency or restructuring experience, you will have a desire to cross over to a disputes-focused practice.
This represents a rare chance to become immersed in multi-jurisdictional litigation at the highest level.
