This firm offers advice to companies on the implementation of tax qualifying and non-tax qualifying global schemes as well as providing support with large M&A transactions and IPOs. They also assist with the financial arrangements relating to senior hires and exits.
Working with Chambers & Legal 500 ranked Lawyers and dealing with a strong client base of FTSE 100 companies as well as financial services clients. You will be working as part of a Legal 500 ranked team and be dealing with structuring, drafting, implementing and providing ongoing advice on the operation of all forms of share plans and incentives to a broad range of clients. You will also be part of a team that is looking to expand its client base so will gain exposure to dealing with presentations to clients and contacts.
They are a market leader for training and development and and have a first-class training and career development programme, monthly 1-2-1s, career discussions and biannual appraisals. There is always scope to progress and a clear progression path on the career ladder.
