Residential Property Solicitor, London – Here we have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, family run firm for a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE. 

JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 3 + years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £40,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
This exciting vacancy has become available for an experienced Solicitor (Conveyancers and Legal Executive's are also welcome to apply) with 3 + years’ PQE (or suitable non-qualified conveyancing experience, both within residential and commercial conveyancing). You will be responsible for your own varied and busy caseload with secretarial support. This is being offered full-time and is office based.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Property Solicitor (or Conveyancer/Legal Executive) will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE (or suitable non-qualified conveyancing experience within residential and commercial conveyancing). You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be well versed in IT and management systems. An ability to ensure that files are run in an orderly manner with attention to detail is essential, together with being self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
