A newly created in-house opportunity for a qualified civil litigation solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 2 year's post qualification to work alongside a legal team and manage a busy and varied caseload.
It is essential you have strong advocacy skills, capable of managing a busy caseload and would be beneficial if you had Higher Rights.
The role will require you to manage and progress a varied caseload of; defendant civil claims (PL/EL), court attendance to obtain a range of civil orders and depending on your experience could also include employment law and coronial law,
This is a position which offers an opportunity to work in interesting and fast paced environment, with a great mix of remote and office working
