Senior Commercial Property Solicitor - Cambridge/Remote Working
A legal 500 and chambers listed commercial law firm are looking to add to their commercial property department in Cambridge with the recruitment of a Senior associate
The successful candidate will be joining a commercial property team dealing with a broad range of matters including things such as acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property finance and development work.
The sectors the firm works across is equally as broad and includes clients such as large retailers, local authorities and public bodies, schools and colleges, agricultural businesses, pension funds and private property investors and developers.
They enjoy an excellent reputation in this area and so are able to attract a regular flow of excellent quality commercial work into the team.
Due to the seniority of the position it is envisaged that you will be at least 5 years qualified and either be working at senior associate presently or looking to make the step up in seniority from associate level.
