Senior Legal Counsel, Investment Management

Our client is an international fund manager with a diverse product range.  Headquartered in new offices in the heart of a City they have a well regarded, supportive legal team who work very closely with their stakeholders in the business.  A vacancy has arisen for an experienced investment management lawyer to join the close-knit team supporting the public funds business line.

This varied role will best suit a commercially minded asset management lawyer with at least 8 years’ PQE keen to join a supportive team offering considerable exposure to the business from day one.  Strong experience in UCITS, IMAs and distribution agreements is essential as well as the desire to broaden your skillset and the confidence to work autonomously.
