Company Secretarial Manager
Assisting with looking after approximately 450 private limited companies, in this role, you'll be responsible for drafting AGM documentation, web filing, drafting of minutes/resolutions and preparing invoices.
You'll also be responsible for updating Blueprint and paper statutory records, as well as preparing and filing dormant accounts with Companies House. In addition to these duties, you'll also input data on Blueprint and liaise with professional advisors including notaries. You'll also work closely with the Business Manager to prevent money laundering and obtain KYC for all clients.
Ideally you will have a working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006, an understanding of the company secretarial function, experience using Blueprint/Diligent, excellent computer skills and strong interpersonal communication skills, be confident, approachable, professional and able to work with minimal supervision while prioritising appropriately based on the needs of your team members.

You must be flexible and hands-on in your approach to duties with have a keen eye for detail. You should also have a team player mentality and professional demeanour.
