A UK-Top 100 Commercial Law Firm is seeking excellent Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join their award-winning Clinical Risk Team at their London office to undertake clinical negligence defence work;  this role offers the successful candidate the chance to further their legal career in the Clinical and Medical Negligence sector, working with and learning from the best.

The Law Firm: 

• The firm is a tier 1 firm offering advice and assistance on clinical negligence/medical malpractice to NHS Trusts, NHSR and Insurers companies.

The Role: 

The key responsibilities of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor include:

• Undertaking work relating to defending clinical negligence and medical malpractice for NHS professionals
• Liaising with Courts, Barristers and other third parties
• Supporting junior lawyers
• Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
• Drafting legal analysis
• Instructing experts
• Liaising with Primary Care Practitioners

Your Profile:

The Ideal Clinical Negligence Solicitor will:

• Have demonstrated experience undertaking Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury defence work
• Excellent academics
• Great written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage own caseload
• Ability to work within a team
