We are working with a Lloyds of London syndicate who are looking to hire a company secretary for their London based offices on a permanent basis.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on corporate governance matters, overseeing the operation of meetings, working on a range of different internal projects, and ensuring the business are compliant with PRA and FCA rules and regulations.

 

The ideal candidate will be ICSA qualified, or equivalent, and have a minimum of 7 years company secretary experience, ideally within an insurance organisation, but other FCA regulated backgrounds will be considered.
