A global financial technology organisation has a fantastic opportunity for an interim legal counsel to join their UK team on a 6-month fixed term contract basis. You will be at least 2yrs PQE and have previous experience within a private practice or in-house setting drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements in a fast-paced environment.
You will have a varied and broad commercial role with responsibilities including advising, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts for a wide range of services, both incoming and outgoing. Contracts will include NDAs, client agreements and amendments for new products and customers, vendor agreements, software license agreements, standard terms of business, and intra group agreements.
