Due to the ongoing growth of this busy practice, the Government and Trade team is seeking an experienced Legal Director to join its International Trade team. This large team operates in multiple locations across the UK and is well-versed in remote working and so will consider other locations as a base office.

The team has extensive experience advising on significant and high profile Government and competition projects in the UK and globally and has been appointed to numerous panels owing to its substantial UK presence and extensive experience in advising central government across multiple UK and EU matters.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle a broad range of trade law and competition work, supporting clients in the public and private sector, and lead in various trade projects.

You will be operating already at a senior level, either in private practice, in-house, or in the public sector, be a confident and effective communicator, and have the ability to manage a small team, as well as a proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
