Junior Retail Banking Lawyer

A junior financial services regulatory lawyer is being sought by a popular high street bank to work in the retail banking products space. As part of a busy legal team covering retail, wealth and business banking you will have responsibility for providing legal support and managing legal risk in relation to product development and innovation. You will be expected to provide straight forward legal advice on complex matters liaising directly with business teams.

We’re looking for someone with experience of the UK regulatory framework for financial products and any specific experience of retail banking and associated products such as savings, credit cards, personal loans, insurance, mortgage or wealth products would be an advantage. You should be a qualified lawyer with strong academics and quality training who is highly driven and wanting to learn.
