RTA Fee Earner

A very well-established Personal Injury practice in the Merseyside area are looking to grow their offering, and have a vacancy for RTA Fee Earner
 

The  RTA Fee Earner role:

• Independently handling a mid-volume caseload of largely fast-track RTA matters
• Deal with cases including denied liability and causation, and deal with aspects of cases including assessing liability, quantum, and all other aspects of these cases with minimal supervision
• Attend court hearings and negotiate settlements where necessary to ensure the best outcome for clients
• Work within a target driven environment to try and bring in the highest profit costs possible for the firm whilst ensuring clients are looked after at all times
