An established private client team is looking to recruit an ambitious Private Client Lawyer to undertake their own caseload of private client matters.

THE ROLE:
A busy practice in Norfolk is keen to further develop their private client team through the appointment of a skilled and talented Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive ideally with the capability to manage their own caseload of matters. The team covers a variety of private client matters including complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate matters. On offer for the appointed Private Client Lawyer is a varied caseload, the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Department and develop your experience and skills.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Legal Executives, Solicitors and Paralegals who possess the ability to handle their own caseload of private client matters. Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, your responsibilities will include Will drafting, court of protection applications, administration of estates, probate matters, lasting powers of attorney, tax planning and advising on trusts and lifetime gifts. Newly Qualified Solicitors will have the support of the head of department and be looking for a supportive practice where there are genuine prospects for career development. Newly Qualified Solicitors will have completed at least one seat within private client matters.

The firm have built long-lasting relationships and a loyal client base. This role offers hybrid working for fee earners of 2 days from home and the remainder of time in the office.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Salary dependant on experience (£25,000 - £35,000 plus bonus scheme). Attractive holiday package, hybrid working (2 days working from home) and pension contributions together with genuine prospects for career development.
