Residential Conveyancer, 2+ years experience, Lincolnshire
OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with at least 2 years' experience handling your own sales and purchase cases from start to finish in a residential conveyancing department
• Experience of New Build/Development Plot Purchases, Re-Mortgages, Transfers of Equity, Leasehold Properties and Shared Ownership Properties is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided
• You will be effective in developing new work from existing clients and proactive in seeking new clients for yourself and other departments
• You will have exceptional communication skills as well as the ability to work well within a team environment.
