Job description: We are recruiting for a Family Locum to join a successful law firm based in County Durham for a period of 3 months, on a hybrid basis,
The client is looking for someone to start ASAP on a full time basis, and with a minimum commitment of 2 days in the office.
The successful candidate will be:
- Overseeing the family department.
- Handling anything to do with family law including: divorce, ancillary relief, financial relief, pre-nup agreements, cohabitation agreements, civil partnership dissolutions, do advocacy and care proceedings.
Required Skills:
- Experience within Legal Aid and Care Proceedings is essential
- Qualification level: Solicitor or ILEx
Hourly Rate: DOE
