Junior Solicitor in Commercial Litigation required for a well regarded regional law firm in Preston

Your new company
This is a large regional law firm based in Lancashire that are going through an exciting time of growth and looking to bring in a new commercial litigation lawyer to deal with an increasing workload and new clients. The firm operate across the full legal spectrum, and house a very talented and recognised commercial litigation and dispute resolution team.

Your new role
As a commercial litigation/dispute resolution lawyer, you will be required to handle a range of commercial dispute matters on behalf of the firms clients. This position requires an individual to handle a varying caseload of commercial matters, including breach of commercial contracts, commercial agreements, company law, business sales, employment and real estate litigation matters.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have 1 years post qualifying experience within commercial litigation at a reputable firm in the North West. Newly qualified candidates will also be considered with seats in commercial litigation.
