A local authority based in London is seeking a Housing Litigation Paralegal and a Business Support Officer for an initial period of 3 months.
The Housing Litigation Paralegal will be required to support the lawyers in the team, prepare bundles, liaise with third parties, draft documents and assist with carrying a caseload. The business support office will undertake administrative tasks within the department, compiling spreadsheets, sealing documents, preparing paperwork etc. previous work experience as a legal administrator would be advantageous.
Previous housing experience for the paralegal role would also be advantageous. Local authority experience would be a bonus.
Due to the interim nature of the role, we are seeking candidates available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice. This is a hybrid working role. Office attendance will be required weekly.
Pay rates are between £15-22 per hour.
