The Firm

Our client is a Top 50 UK, multi-office, law firm with an exceptional reputation and over 30 L500 recognised departments firm wide.

As a result of significant growth, this highly reputable firm are seeking a Banking & Finance Solicitor to join their hugely successful, leading Corporate division.

The new hire will form part of the Banking and Finance team and will work alongside their leading L500 recongised Partner.

The Opportunity

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Associate looking to work for an established and specialist team.

The new hire will play an important role in the growth of the team's Banking and Finance offering across all the firm's regional offices, any of which the new hire will have the opportunity to make its base.

The successful candidate will handle a broad-ranging Banking and Finance caseload and act on behalf of an impressive client-base including businesses and institutions both in the UK and internationally.

The role will incorporate:

• Drafting, negotiating and agreeing finance documentation, both facility agreements and security documents
• Drafting, negotiating and agreeing ancillary documentation such as fee letters, undertakings and corporate authorities
• Managing transactions and liaising with other team members on larger transactions

Requirements

• Experience commensurate to that of NQ - 6 years' PQE
• Experience in either Commercial, Corporate or Real Estate Finance
• Experience in Banking and Finance is not essential, but candidates must demonstrate a genuine interest in the area
