Senior Associate - Restructuring & Insolvency
Renowned, modern, international legal practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Restructuring team.
The team is 14-strong, made up of 6 Partners, 2 Senior Associates, 4 Associates and 2 Legal Directors, and they're hoping for someone at the Senior Associate level to join and add to the team's knowledge base. Their focus is predominantly on restructurings, with some insolvency - they're open to considering someone with more of an insolvency focus.
The team takes on the full range of stressed and distressed advisory work including advising on pre-insolvency operational and financial restructuring and turnaround.
The group also takes on insolvency work, including voluntary arrangements, administrations, receiverships and liquidations. Clients range from clearing banks to corporates, and also include private equity houses and turnaround professionals.
In recent years, the team has experienced growth in high-profile cross-border mandates, while maintaining an extensive network in the UK.
Culture:
The firm provides an award winning career development scheme. This provides lawyers at all levels with a strong understanding of what is required of them, very high quality work and clients, high levels of responsibility from an early stage, strong technical training, and reward for contribution.
