Leading consultancy firm seeking commercial lawyer to join in-house legal team.
You will be part of a stellar and collaborative team, working on a variety of commercial issues including technology and software licensing arrangements, MSAs and global framework agreements, outsourcing and managed services agreements, supplier arrangements and a range of other agreements.
You'll have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to juggle a number of different projects at any one time.
You'll be an excellent team player and be able to establish credibility with the business internally and other stakeholders.
