This is a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer with at least 4yrs PQE to work for a leading Legal 500 firm based in Tunbridge Wells.
As part of this successful Commercial department, you will be dealing with a wide range of commercial contract work, including drafting complex contracts, procurement, negotiating liability and indemnity provisions and managing risk.
You will ideally have experience of IT, IP or data protection, although this is not essential.
