Commercial Litigation Solicitor, NQ – 2 years, Surrey, £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) – A fabulous opportunity to join a Legal 500 firm in Surrey, handling a mixed bag of dispute resolution matters.  job ref:0632.

OVERVIEW:
• This leading dispute resolution team deals with a wide variety of civil and commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, property disputes and contentious probate disputes.
• The successful applicant is likely to be a Solicitor/CILEX or about to qualify having gained some solid experience in one or more of these legal areas.
• You will be used to or ready to run your own cases as appropriate for your PQE providing high levels of client care as well as providing support to the senior Lawyers in dealing with high intensity, high value commercial disputes in the High Court.
• You will also be involved in the implementation of the department’s business development plan and able to demonstrate at an appropriate level the ability to help generate new clients for the department.
