The Role:

• This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Property Litigation Senior Associate to join the firm's offices in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
• Situated within the Firm's Legal 500-ranked Real Estate department, the Property Litigation team act for market-leading companies, landlords and tenants across the hospitality, retail, tech and public sectors, with additional expertise in the telecoms field
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including lease renewals, restrictive covenants, break options, dilapidations, rights of way, boundary disputes, trespass, nuisance, possession claims and insolvency-related issues
• You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the telecoms practice, covering asset management, right of way disputes, access issues and the ongoing management of new technologies such as 5G
• As a Senior Associate, you will also have the opportunity to support the junior members of the team and take the lead on complex & high-value projects, with plenty of opportunities to progress towards director and partner level

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE
• Experience and/or a keen interest in telecoms law
• Highly meticulous & commercially focused
