Residential real estate Lawyer

A market leading city firm is currently looking for an experience residential property lawyer to joint heir highly ranked residential team on an initial interim basis for at least 3 months starting asap.

The position as come about because of an increase in workload and need to expand.

As such they are looking for someone who has proven experience in high value residential property transactions. The team represent high value and ultra-high value individuals , companies, and families on their prime residential investments in London and the regions. You will work with clients based in the UK and abroad on all matters related to residential property. This includes acquisitions, disposals and financings as well as general property due diligence for clients based in the UK and abroad.

You will therefore be responsible for all aspects of the property acquisitions and disposal cycle including raising enquiries, dealing with title reports, advisory work, drafting and negotiating property related documentations

The team is collaborative and work to support each other and their clients to create a seamless experience. You will join this award-winning team on an initial contract basis for 3months and be an integral part of the team. Due to the nature of the work and responsibilities required, you will have at least 5 years of experience in working with high value and ultra-high net worth clients with interested in prime residential real estate. The position is office based.
